I was out walking for today's Dailyshoot assignment, and on the way back I came across these cups on the side of the road. Four styrofoam coffee cups, in two nested pairs. Each was sliced neatly across the bottom six times. Each cup was cut to exactly the same depth, and the cuts were not aligned in either nested pair. They were apparently cut individually and then put together before being discarded as roadside litter. Why would someone so precisely cut styrofoam cups? Why would the be nested and discarded? It's a mystery.
